    1. Audits

      Every finding says why it applies

      Findings now show the value in the scheduled row that makes the cited spec clause govern that element — in the report and in the PDF. It is the fastest way to confirm a finding is right, because a wrong finding is usually wrong about whether the requirement applied, not about the requirement. Two findings raised on the same element are merged into one and marked as merged, a finding that contradicts itself no longer counts as a conflict, and repeat runs over the same drawing set are more consistent with each other.

      Every schedule accounted for

      The report now accounts for every schedule Nudgy found on your drawings, not just the audited ones. Schedules in a division with no rule set are listed as out of scope, and any schedule that failed or was cut short is flagged as incomplete. If a report comes back clean, you can see it is clean because everything was checked — not because something dropped out of the count.

      Built for full-size projects

      Spec and drawing uploads go up to 1 GB, so a full set of vector sheets uploads as one file. Long specification manuals index completely — including the ones whose repeating page headers and footers previously confused section detection — dense schedules can return far more findings without being cut off, and the audit now reads every spec section in the divisions a schedule touches instead of a narrow sample of the manual.

      Tell us when a finding is wrong

      Mark any individual finding as wrong — separate from dismissing it, which stays a triage action for issues you have reviewed or accepted. A wrong finding comes to us with the run, the schedule, and the cited spec section attached, so we can see exactly what produced it. There is also a feedback button on the report for anything broader.

    1. Coverage

      Millwork and casework schedules

      Architectural woodwork is audited too, bringing coverage to 19 schedule types across 16 CSI divisions. Nudgy checks panel core against the moisture conditions of the room, laminate grade against horizontal or vertical use, countertop material against chemical, food-service, or standard use, fire-retardant treatment where the spec requires a rated interior finish, and counter heights on items marked barrier-free.

      Written for Canadian projects too

      Where a requirement differs between Canada and the U.S., audits cite your spec first — and where the spec is silent on a Canadian project, the item is flagged for verification against the Canadian standard (NBC, CSA, CAN/ULC, NECB) instead of asserting a conflict against a U.S. figure that does not apply. Spec sections that reference Canadian standards are found on their own terms, and metric quantities are read as written rather than silently converted.

      Export a report as PDF or CSV

      Take any report out of Nudgy. The PDF prints the whole run with severity shown in colour and a section per schedule, with Division 01 set apart as the project-wide reference it is. The CSV gives one row per open issue for your own tracker or RFI log — dismissed findings are included and marked, never dropped.

      Search a project's indexed specification directly. Nudgy finds the relevant sections, reads them, and answers with the section numbers it used — and you can open that section text right beside the answer rather than taking the answer on faith. Available on any project whose spec has finished indexing.

      A dense schedule can take minutes to audit. Those audits now hold a live connection for the whole run, so a long schedule completes instead of dropping near the end and costing you the run.

      Multiple Microsoft accounts

      Connect more than one OneDrive or SharePoint account and switch between them when choosing your spec and drawing files — built for teams working across more than one client's Microsoft tenant. If a Microsoft session expires mid-task, Nudgy re-authenticates in place and resumes the file action you started, keeping your selection intact.

      See exactly what changed between two audits of the same project. Findings are sorted into New, Resolved, and Open, and any issue that grew more severe between revisions is flagged. Open it from History, or in one click from a report — a read-only comparison, with no re-audit required.
